Welcome to the 4th Childhood Leukemia Early Adverse Reactions (CLEAR) conference
The organizing committee is looking forward to welcoming you to the 4th CLEAR conference focusing on childhood leukemia early adverse reactions from June 1st to 3rd 2023 in Copenhagen (Denmark).
The CLEAR 2023 conference will explore and discuss the clinical perspective of host-, disease- and treatment-related adverse reactions in children with ALL and AML.
The conference is an opportunity to interact with experts in the field and build clinical and research partnerships with colleagues from around the world on these important topics.
Scientific abstract submission opens early 2023, and young researchers will be eligible for awards for best oral and poster presentations.

Abstracts must contain new, previously unpublished material.

Format Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
The word limit is 500 words (1A4 page ), with normal margins (3 cm top and bottom, 2 cm left and right), 1.15 spacing, font style Calibri and font size: 11

Affiliation i.e. name and work place of corresponding author (placed below title)
Abstracts are not to include tables or images.
Files must be less than 2 MB. Allowed file types: txt, doc, docx.

General Content Guidelines
Abstracts must report research within the field of early adverse reactions to hematological malignancies.
The content may not promote the proprietary interests of any commercial entity. Evident bias in favor of a product or company is grounds for rejection.
Content must be restricted to scientific and clinical studies.
All images on posters must not conflict with rules of copyright. Please ensure that you have permission to use images.
Abstracts og studies that have already been published should NOT be submitted to this meeting.

Abstracts are evaluated and scored anonymously by the CLEAR scientific committee. The committee will decide whether abstracts are accepted for presentation and/or poster.
Two abstracts will be selected for an abstract award.
Accepted abstracts will be published on the CLEAR website and in the conference booklet.

Single room: 100€ per night (750 DKK)
Double room: 150€ per night (1100 DKK; 550 per person)
Reduced rates are available on from June 1st to 3rd.

GET THERE BY TRAIN
The location is easily reached by train from Copenhagen Airport. Trains depart from Airport terminal 3. The easiest way to get to Snekkersten is to take the regional train direction Nivå Station or Østerport Station.
Change train at Østerport Station for the regional train direction Helsingør Station, your final destination is Snekkersten Station. Beware that not all trains stop at Snekkersten station. There is a 5 minute walk from the station to Comwell Borupgaard.
Train tickets can be bought at ticket machines inside the airport. You will need a ticket for all zones. The ticket machines accept all major credit cards.
GET THERE BY TAXI
Taxis are found at the Airport outside Terminal 3. The drive is approximately 50 minutes.
Price is approximately 1000 DKK / 140 Euros. Please note that Uber does not operate in Denmark.
